Paul Reape

Paul graduated in 2013 from RGU in Aberdeen with a 1st Class BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy Degree and completed a Masters in Advanced Physiotherapy Studies from UCD in 2023 combined with qualifying as a Strength & Conditioning coach in 2024 with NSCA/CSCS accreditation.

Paul has worked in both public and private physio clinics specialising in MSK physiotherapy. This has helped Paul gain a deep understanding and extensive knowledge in treating many conditions.
​
Areas of interest include back and neck pain, chronic pain, sporting injuries and rehabilitation, with a keen interest in running issues, such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles pain.

Since graduating, Paul has continued to his professional development by completing many extra courses including Dry needling/Medical Acupuncture, Diploma in Sports Massage, Pilates and Hip and Groin pain courses plus many more.

Jamie Gordon
Certified Athletic & Rehabilitation Therapist
Jamie is a Certified Athletic & Rehabilitation Therapist with over 2 years of experience. He has a profound passion for sports and has worked across various athletic environments, including rugby, hurling, Gaelic football, and currently with Mullingar RFC. Notably, Jamie has provided care for Westmeath inter-county players across all age grades in both senior men and ladies football and providing specialized training and rehabilitation programs.
In the clinical setting, Jamie has extensive experience, particularly in addressing neck and back pain, dry needling/acupuncture, and chronic conditions. He is dedicated to working with individuals of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and effective return to pain-free function and mobility.
